Which foods are best to consume?

Fruits - which are best?

Dark berries (blackberries, blueberries, etc), papaya, kiwis, green apples, lycii berries and gooseberries are the most beneficial. Next would come other berries and melons.

Keep in mind that this is a generalization. There are people that may not be able to take some of these for various reasons. Berries may cause a problem from the small seeds if they have diverticulitis. People on potassium sparing diuretics would have to watch their intake of high potassium sources such as watermelon and kiwis.............

Vegetables - which are best?

Yams, peas, broccoli (cooked), dark lettuces, carrots (steamed slightly), tomatoes, peppers and seaweeds.

Again this will depend on the person. For example, people sensitive to nightshades would have to avoid tomatoes and peppers as where people on blood thinners, or with clotting disorders or aneurysms should avoid cayenne.

Meats, are they healthy or not?

Not easy to answer since there are different meats with different properties, and different levels of contamination. Most meats are loaded with hormones and antibiotics, which is a reason to limit their use to begin with. And in people with certain issues such as hormone issues and cancers again meats need to be limited. Even organic meats will contain hormones from the animals own production. And most meats will also increase inflammation due to elevating the omega 6 fatty acid arachidonic acid. Deep cold water fish though are also rich in anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids. But fish can be prone to contamination from a variety of things such as heavy metals, nuclear waste dumped in the oceans, dinoflagellate poisons, etc. Farm raised salmon is especially bad due to the feed they are given, which is loaded with heavy metals. And predatory fish, such as tuna pick of toxins from the fish they consuming. Generally I like cod and haddock and tilapia the best for fish as they tend to be the cleanest. Then there are the organ meats such as livers that are loaded with cholesterol and also the toxins they are filtering out of the body. All meats can raise uric acid levels, but organ meats in particular can raise uric acid significantly.
